We take great care and consideration in the packing and preparation of your goods for removal, storage and transportation, however there are risks beyond your and our control during the international transit which could result in unexpected loss or damage to your goods.

Our insurance program, underwritten by one of the UK’s leading insurers, has been designed specifically for international removals, storage and shipping of household and personal effects, antiques and fine art, and private automobiles, to cover these risks, for your complete peace of mind.

The insurance policy provides all risks cover for physical loss or damage to your goods, whilst in transit or in store.

There is NO deductible (excess charge) in the event of a claim; and there is NO separate policy arrangement fee. The premium quoted will also include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).

Should you need to make a claim, it will be dealt with quickly and independently by our insurers. For your convenience, small claims may be settled directly by us on behalf of insurers.

We will send you out documentation pertaining to 'Key Facts' about our insurance service, a Policy Summary and the Insurer's Policy Conditions, together with an application form. All you have to do is list and value your goods on the form, sign/ date the declaration and return your completed application form to us, in order for us to effect your cover.
